At 0450 hours, Area box 601 was sounded for the reported house on fire. Engine 11 & Tower 1 made the response. Company 6 arrived to find a 1 story home with fire showing from the delta side. Engine 11 (5th due) responded to the fill site due to it being a non-hydrant area. Tower 1 assisted units on scene with overhaul.
Citizens are always reminded to immediately call 911 as soon as possible and to leave the structure in the event of a fire.
