On Wednesday, May 7, 2025, we were pleased to host Calvert County Commissioners Catherine Grasso and Buddy Hance at our monthly meeting. The commissioners stopped by to present proclamations to members Makenna Boeteler, Oliver Fox, Matthew Kaiser, and Ryan King for their exceptional accomplishments in the Skills USA competition.

Makenna placed third in the State competition, while Oliver, Matthew, and Ryan are advancing to the National competition next month in Atlanta, Georgia.
