At 1811 hours, Safety 1, Engine 11, Engine 12, Tower 1, Ambulance 18 and Paramedic Ambulance 219 were dispatched for a structure fire in the 3900 block of Sea Bass Court in the Burnt Oaks subdivision. Engine 11 arrived on location with a 3 story, middle of the row townhouse with smoke showing from the 3rd floor. With a crew of 6, Engine 11 made quick work of the fire. Tower 1 arrived on scene shortly after and set up the aerial device, threw ground ladders and assisted with overhaul. Engine 12 laid a secondary supply line and assisted with extension. A18 and PA219 completed rehab on the fireground. Chief 1B held the command and the box was held with Company 1 and Company 6.

Please remember to check your smoke detectors monthly to ensure they are in working condition. Also ensure when charging electronic devices, to not place them on combustible materials.
