The North Beach Volunteer Fire Department (NBVFD) is hiring a Bayview Hall Coordinator/Administrative Assistant responsible for the promotion of hall rentals, and the step-by-step rental process, with onsite management of of the hall during events. This role supports the fundraising efforts of the Department through organization, communication, and the coordination of resources.

Clerical and administrative functions are secondary, but essential to the efficient operations of the Department. This role supports the administrative and operational officers of the Department through organizations, communication, scheduling, reporting, and coordination of department activities.
