Preparing For The Unthinkable

This month’s departmental EMS drill addressed treating gunshot wounds and multiple victims of a shooting incident. Members were split into two-person teams, given a scenario, then charged with using equipment provided to treat the wounds and describe their transport plans. Instructors provided injects and constructive critiques to challenge the members.

While we hope to never have to use this training, being prepared is the best way we can serve you when called.
