| The Member of the Month is selected by vote of the Chief Officers. The monthly recognized member is selected based on several factors including; positive attitude, work ethic, and overall contributions to the department and fire services. The NBVFD is pleased to announce that for July, we recognize Sergeant Ryan Ortenzo. Ryan is instrumental with the mentoring of new members and the Cadets. Ryan loves training and is always suggesting new ideas and operational tactics.
