At 1610 hours on Saturday, May 10, 2025, Company 1 was dispatched for a report of two jet skiers in distress offshore from the Willows Community. Fireboat 1 and Tower 1 responded. Tower 1 set up an observation point at the beachfront in the Willows, while Fireboat 1 initiated an area search from the water. Two jet skiers with disabled machines were located offshore.

Once Fireboat 1’s crew determined the jet skiers were not in physical distress, a local marine tow boat was called to assist the skiers in returning to a nearby marina.
