I had the honor and privilege or riding alongside Matt when he was a long-time member at Greenbelt Co. #35. We also were raised in the same parish in Greenbelt and have been lifelong friends. His devotion to public service, first to Greenbelt, and now North Beach, is one to be honored. A great guy and a life cut way too short. Matt will be missed.
